A brand by Simar Enterprises. By placing an order you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. 1. Product Customization
   All our products are made to order and personalized as per the details provided by the customer. Ensure that all spellings, names, logos, and sizes are double-checked before final confirmation. No changes will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
2. 2. Return & Replacement Policy
   As all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Replacements will be considered only in case of damage during transit or wrong product delivered.
3. 3. Unboxing Video Policy (MANDATORY)
   IMPORTANT: No Complaints Will Be Accepted Without Unboxing Video. To claim any damage, defect, or mismatch: You MUST record an UNEDITED unboxing video showing the outer courier packaging (before opening), the full unboxing process (without pause), and the final product condition in one take. If this video is not provided, NO complaint will be entertained. This rule is strictly enforced to avoid fraud and ensure fair resolution.
4. 4. Delivery Timeline
   Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping location and courier partner. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.
5. 5. Payment Terms
   Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. We accept UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards via secure payment gateways.
6. 6. Privacy & Data Use
   Customer details are used solely for order processing and are never shared with third parties. Artwork or custom designs shared may be used in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
7. 7. Legal Jurisdiction
   All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in NEW DELHI, India.
8. 8. Delivery Exceptions & Liability
   Printwellco.in is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. Printwellco.in reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without explanation. Printwellco.in is not liable for more than the retail cost of the item.
9. 9. Mis-delivery & Receiver Liability
   Despite full caution at the time of delivery, Printwellco.in will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver at the address misappropriates, damages, or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing as the correct person.
10. 10. No Warranty
    The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. Printwellco.in does not warrant that the products/services offered will be exactly similar, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
11. 11. Price Changes
    Printwellco.in will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances, it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the sender accordingly.
12. 12. GST Compliance
    Printwellco.in is fully GST compliant. Each product on the portal is categorized into their relevant GST slab (5% / 12% / 18% / 28%). The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of the Goods and Service Tax (GST). The concerned GST amount is added to the cart value at checkout based on the products being purchased.
