At PrintWellCo (a brand by Simar Enterprises), every product is custom-made and personalized as per the details provided by the customer. We take great care to ensure accuracy and quality in every order. However, due to the nature of customized products, please note the following policy:

1. No Returns, Refunds, or ExchangesAll our products are made to order and customized as per your specifications (such as name, logo, design, or size). Hence, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed. We strongly recommend reviewing your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

2. Replacements (Applicable in Limited Cases)A replacement may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered (different from what you ordered).

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video PolicyTo ensure fair resolution, we follow a strict unboxing video policy.
- An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or mismatch claims.
- The video must clearly show:
- The outer courier packaging before opening,
- The complete unboxing process (in one continuous take, without any cuts or edits), and
- The final product condition.
- Without this unboxing video, no complaint or replacement request will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a ReplacementTo request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- The unedited unboxing video as proof.
